Hello,

I am finaly back home after roaming the grid for the Seasons Hunt. I haven’t finished it yet but once again, we are spoiled with some wonderful gifts, like this spring hall table by Cheeky Pea. You can barely see it on the pick but the ring is an adorable tiny bird from MAGIC NOOK. Join the The Seasons Hunt(ers) Group in world and start the fun.

Of course, while I was hunting, I couldn’t just take the gift and hop to the next store, I had to buy more stuff, including earrings from LaGyo and a bag and a necklace from TokiD. Those accessories were perfect to brighten up my outfit made of the awesome new jeans from WoE, those have great back details which are unfortunately covered by the new tunic from Mon Tissu so I will probably use those pants again in another post to show them.

New WoE and Exodi Sim

The Looking Glass

Hello,

Today’s attempt at taking snapshots brought me to The Looking Glass. I told myself that if I had to crash, I might aswell do it in a good looking place. Designed by Markus Inkpen, the same creator as the famous No Sound sim, and Sharni Azalee, that fabulous sim welcomes you to discover fantasy places going from church ruins to old stables or even wonderland.

I’ve chosen to take the pictures in the village. Among all the wonders you will see there, what caught my attention was that parrot. Maybe the fact it is called Muad’Dib has something to do with it… (Muad’Dib being the Fremen name of Paul Atreides in Dune from Frank Herbert. It is my favorite book and one of the reasons why my blog is named like that, though the official excuse i’ve found was dunes was reminding of the curves of a feminine body).

Just to tell you a few more words about my snapshots adventures lately. Today, i’ve been able to take 10 pictures! Yeah! BUT… for some unknow reason, i’ve crashed at the 11th. Since then, though I was using Kirsten’s Viewer for the pics, I am unable to log back in SL with Snowstorm which crashes immediately. Go figure…

Skull Creek Murderers

I’ve found the perfect spot for tonight: Skull Creek.

I’ve heard someone had been murdered in that redneck slumb. Some local celebrity, a man named Dick Wiesel, designer of WoE. Or so claims his girlfriend, Ryker Beck.

As if i cared about a human life. I haven’t killed him, he was found dead before my nomadic ways brought me to the place. I guess, some reward might be offered to the one who finds the murderer. That is enough to know for me. Wannabe detectites have invaded the city, looking for clues. There are so many. Noone will notice if one or twice are missing. I am sitting a bit away from the crowd, still enjoying the rusty and salty taste left in my mouth; the corpse of my last food laying in the house behind me. So far, the humans haven’t noticed me yet. I guess, they are too busy. The reward must be good. I still have some hours before dawn and the smell of that girl who is walking on the road in front of me is just too tempting…

Exodi and WoE Gatcha Hunt

Hi,

I’ve been very busy yesterday, hunting at Exodi and WoE new sim for great prizes, including jeans, capri’s, jewels and skins. I am only showing you here a small selection of what you can get with a little patience… and good eyes. The hunt will go on for 2 weeks. You still have plenty of time but don’t miss it! Ryker Beck and Dick Wiesel are being more than generous with all the goodies they are offering.

The skin is a special make up of the new Isolde line from Exodi. There are 5 tones ranging from very pale to exotic tan. I am wearing the darker tone here, Corneille. Each tone has several options: freckles, cleavage, dark or light eyebrows. It also comes with black, blonde, red and brown hair bases on the tatoo layer, so only for viewer 2.0 and above.

The tank top is not a gift from the hunt but it comes from a gatcha machine for only 35 L$ at WoE. All the clothes in the hunt are great quality and it is really worth spending some time there, aswell for men as for women.

Now about the hair: it is one of the new release at Analog Dog. It is a very sexy long style which reminds me of what a lot of people are making with hair brushes in photoshop or gimp. It is often frustrating to see models with great hair you actualy cannot get in SL. But for once, you can! And I strongly advice you to get them.
